Meet Maddy Meservy

Hey there! My name is Maddy.  I am the creator and the seamstress of Baby Bundles by Maddy.  I began sewing when I was little, helping my mom make fleece blankets and balls for donation and eventually created my first small quilt as a teenager for a Church youth program.  I grew up in Southern California and moved to Utah to attend Brigham Young University, where I met my hunky hubby, Travis, on the BYU Triathlon Team/Club. 

After Travis and I got married, I joined him in Louisiana, where he was serving in the Army.  I transferred to Arizona State University to complete the rest my Bachelors of Biological Sciences online.  I had the intent of becoming an exotic/big animals veterinary technician due to my love of animals.  However, obviously things have changed.

After inheriting my Grandmother's sewing machine, I began sewing baby gifts for friends as a way to unwind from school and have unique items that I could give to friends.  Well, March 2021 rolled along and that is when Baby Bundles by Maddy was created!  While in Louisiana, the extra bedroom became my sewing room.  Now that we have left the Army to move to Idaho, I have transformed the small room of our travel trailer into my sewing room. 

I do miss working at a vet clinic but I am loving being able to stay at home with little miss Hailey and turn my love of sewing and creativity into a small business, that provides you with unique and quality baby items!
